How to brew and store?
Add the water in a stainless steel vessel and bring to boil. Add the tea and let it brew for 2-3 minutes. Add the milk and sugar to the tea and let simmer for 3 minXutes,bring to a boil. Strain and serve. It is best to keep CTC tea in an airtight container or a sealable zipper pouch to prevent humidity and keep it fresh for a longer time. Wooden racks are ideal for storage.
