How to brew and store?
Keep in mind to not use boiling water as it will turn the drink bitter. After mixing the tea and the water, cover the pot after mixing for 2 to 3 minutes and let the mixture brew. Without adding sugar or milk, strain and serve the mixture. It is recommended to use an airtight container to store the leaves, ideally aluminium containers, as they maintain a non-humid environment and help preserve the natural taste and aroma better. Make sure to keep away from sunlight as it keeps the tea fresh for a longer time.
